How often do I need to smudge?
Intuition is the best indicator of how often smudging is needed. Once a week may feel good for some whereas others may feel the need to cleanse daily. I would suggest doing a deep cleanse seasonally and keeping up with a bi-weekly cleanse as good spiritual hygiene. Feel free to also add a few leaves to a spray bottle to spray things down after an argument or after having company. I'd even keep a bottle in my car to cleanse those pesky after-work energies.

Typically, one ounce will make 10-15 6-ounce cups of tea, depending on how strong you like it.
