If you purchase a PACKAGE (3, 6, or 9 Sessions):

We Set a Rhythm: After you purchase, we’ll quickly connect over email to agree on a loose timeframe for your check-ins (e.g., "the second week of each month"). No rigid appointments, just a simple plan.
