The Incarnation Cross is your life theme and it is made up of the 4 most prominent gates in your bodygraph chart. Your life theme will gradually come into its full expression as you learn to live authentically.  The Incarnation Cross usually comes in to shake things up and bring you into your fullest expression.

Reading Your Incarnation Cross

The first set numbers in your incarnation cross represent your personality and are referred to as your conscious sun and earth gates. In Human Design, conscious gates are those that are activated by the planets at the time of your birth. They are part of your personality design, and they represent the themes and qualities that you are most aware of and that shape your personality.
Your conscious sun represents 70% of your personality and is filled with the things that make you unique and special. It is the place where you'll find your greatest strength and power.
Your conscious earth is your grounding force. When expressed from a place of power, you feel grounded and supported enough to thrive.
The 2nd set of numbers are located on the top, left side of your Human Design chart, which is made up of gates that were activated 88 days before you were born. These gates are considered to be your "shadow" gates, because they represent the parts of yourself that you may have suppressed or disowned.
The unconscious sun in Human Design is the gate that represents your hidden potential. It is the part of you that you may not be aware of, but that has the power to transform your life.
The unconscious earth in Human Design is the gate that represents your spiritual connection and your path to enlightenment. It is the part of you that is connected to something greater than yourself, and it is the source of your deepest wisdom and guidance.

Your Cross

The Left Angle Cross of Wishes is made up of the gates 3, 50, 41, and 31. These gates represent innovation, values, fantasy, and influence. Together, they create a cross that is all about creating new possibilities, preserving what is good, and using your imagination to make a difference.

Your Strengths
  • You Innovate. You are always coming up with new ideas, and you have a knack for seeing the world in a new way. This can be a great asset in any field, but it is especially valuable in fields that are constantly changing, such as technology or business.
  • You have clear values. You believe in what is right, and you are not afraid to stand up for what you believe in. This can make you a powerful leader, and it can also help you to create a more just and equitable world.
  • You have a powerful imagination. You can use it to create new worlds, new possibilities, and new solutions to problems. This can be a great outlet for your creativity, and it can also help you to make a real difference in the world.
Your Challenges
Of course, no cross is without its challenges. One of the challenges of the Left Angle Cross of Wishes is that you can be too idealistic. You may have a hard time seeing the world as it really is, and this can make it difficult to achieve your goals.
Another challenge is that you can sometimes be too influenced by others. You have a strong desire to connect with others, and this can sometimes lead you to lose sight of your own path. It is important for you to learn to trust your own intuition and to follow your own heart.

Gate 3: Ordering

Gate 3 is ability to bring order to chaos. It's located in the Sacral Center which grants you a powerful life force energy that you can use to create and manifest change. You have a gift for seeing the big picture, and can quickly identify the patterns and connections that others miss. This allows you to create solutions that are both innovative and practical. You have a great sense of humor, a light-hearted approach to life, and you don't take yourself too seriously. Lean on that  during in times of stress and when you want to build connections with others.
Gate 3 can also be challenging at times. These challenges come when you sit too long in impatience. I get it, you want to see results immediately, but this can lead you to make unsupported and rash decisions that send you in the opposite direction of where you want to go. The 3 gate is the source of the idealism I mentioned earlier.  You have a vision for a better world, and you want to see it happen right away. But, it's important to remember that change takes time. Don't get discouraged if things don't happen overnight.

Gate 50: Values

Gate 50 is called the Guardian, and it is located in the Spleen Center. This center is responsible for our intuition, our health, and our survival instinct. Gate 50 gives us the ability to sense what is right and wrong so that we can use that knowledge to create a more just and equitable world.
The energy of this gate is responsible for your strong sense of justice. You have a deep understanding of what is right and wrong, and you aren't afraid to stand up for what you believe in. This can make you a powerful force for good in the world.
Gate 50 doubles the big picture energy from gate 3. It magnifies the patterns and connections that others miss, and gives you a unique perspective on the world. This can be a great asset in any field, but it is especially valuable in fields that require strategic thinking, such as politics or business.
Your ability to sense what is right and wrong can also be a challenge at times. You may sometimes feel overwhelmed by the injustice in the world, and this can lead to feelings of anger or frustration. It is important for you to find healthy ways to express these feelings so that they do not consume you.
Another challenge of Gate 50 is that you can sometimes be too critical of yourself and others. You have high standards, and you expect others to live up to them. This can lead to feelings of disappointment or resentment. When this energy shows up, remember to offer grace and compassion to yourself and others. Most of the injustice in the world comes from flawed perspectives.

Gate 41: Compression

Gate 41 is the gate of contraction. It is located in the root center, and it is associated with the energy of new beginnings, dreams, and visions. When you are in flow with this energy, you can to see the world in a way that is filled with excitement and possibility. This gate allows you to take risks and step outside of your comfort zone in order to pursue your dreams.
However, Gate 41 can also be a source of restlessness and anxiety. When you are not in flow with this energy, you may find yourself constantly searching for new experiences and new ways to feel alive. This can lead to a feeling of dissatisfaction and a lack of direction in life.
The key to living a fulfilling life with Gate 41 is to find a balance between your need for new experiences and your need for stability. You need to be able to step outside of your comfort zone in order to grow and evolve, but you also need to have a foundation to come back to.
One way to find this balance is to focus on your dreams and visions. When you have a clear sense of what you want to achieve, it is easier to stay motivated and to take action. You can also find balance by connecting with your intuition and listening to your inner guidance. When you are in tune with your true self, you will know what is right for you.

Gate 31: Leading

This gate is all about influence and leadership. You have a natural ability to inspire and motivate others, and you can use your voice to create positive change in the world.
One of the most important things to remember about gate 31 is that you are a projected leader. This means that you need to be invited to lead before you can fully express your gifts. If you try to force your leadership on others, you will likely be met with resistance.
Instead, you need to be patient and wait for the right opportunity to lead. When the time is right, you will be able to rally people around a common vision and inspire them to achieve great things.
You also need to be careful not to misuse your power. Your ability to influence others can be a powerful tool, but it can also be used for destructive purposes. It is important for you to use your power responsibly and ethically.
If you can learn to use your gate 31 in a positive way, you have the potential to be a great leader. You can make a real difference in the world and inspire others to follow their dreams.
