Feminine power is NOT about conforming to a set standard, whatever terms we decide to use – Light, Dark, Divine, High Value. Living in YOUR power will always look different from the established norms.
You, with your quirks, your passions, and gifts that others would die for.
Yes, you.
Your whole existence is a love letter, one you write with your heart, your voice, and actions.
Your power, much like the moon's ever-shifting face, takes on different forms, revealing new facets of your being with each turn. It can be bitchy, demanding, unyielding, and destructive, depending on who's holding it.
When we choose to embody our power, we give ourselves space to FEEL our way through it, using our intuitive senses to identify the kind of power that is asking to come through us. Is it time to build or destroy?
Power is power; it's the capacity to influence or control. But feminine power is something different. It's cunning, resilient, damn near otherworldly, existing in two realms at once: in the softness of our bellies, the warm center between our thighs, the instinctive nudges that sit right behind our ears, and the primal energies that ground us here.
When we show up in our power, it disrupts the status quo.
Good Girl power will nurture you into submission; Bad Bitch power dismantles systems.
The world needs both. As a woman, you are both: Creator and Destroyer.
Don't be afraid of your softness. Don't stifle your rage. Revel in what pleases you, and TRUST your intuition.
That's where the real work, the real fucking power begins.
It’s one thing to acknowledge the loud shoves; it’s another entirely to listen when it's deep in your, core barely above a whisper.
Decoding Your Inner GPS
Intuition is a weird thing. A funny feeling in a seemingly normal day. A dream that you can't shake. A gut feeling that something about that person feels...off. No warning. No follow-up details. Just a "do this" or "don't do that."
I'm a person who believes in gut feelings and that things happen for a reason. I've been this way for as long as I can remember. So, when these nudges showed up, I'd listen – until I didn't.
Listening vs. Ignoring: The Path to Power (or a Shitshow)
When I listen to my intuition, it's a guiding light – steering me away from fuckboys (and girls), keeping me safe, leading me to kismet connections, and building THIS business.
But those times I've ignored that inner voice? A shit show. Every. Single. Time. And the worst part is, I can't even pinpoint why I didn't listen. I can, however, recall the exact moment my intuition advised me against it. Each time, the same pattern emerged. Me: feeling annoyed, violated, and sad af. My intuition: giving me mad side-eye like "I told you."
Raise your hand if you've ever felt the instant pang of regret after ignoring your intuition. Everyone? Yeah, I thought so.
The Real Culprit: When "I Knew It!" Means a Self-Trust Leak
So, what if I told you that those "I knew it!" moments aren't just frustrating reminders of missed opportunities? They're actually power leaks rooted in a lack of self-trust. Ouch.
What if I also said that this lack of self-trust isn't isolated to your intuition? It's likely that this lack of self-trust has been dragging its greasy paws in other areas of your life too. If you're wondering what this has to do with feminine power, EVERYTHING.
You can't be IN your power if you don't trust yourself. Intuition is one of our most potent sources of power as women. Not trusting your instincts consistently gives off some serious self-sabotage-y vibes. It leads to inconsistent results which makes the path to any kind of win THAT much harder.
Think about it: your intuition says take 2 lefts and a right to get to that big ass goal you've been after, it's time. You confidently take that first left, feeling the wind in your hair, the sun on your face. This is it. This feels right. But then...doubt creeps in. At the second left, hesitation hits. Your mind whispers, "Are you sure? Maybe you misheard your intuition." You take the turn, but your grip on the wheel tightens. As you approach the final right, the old narratives jump in. "This can't be right," they scream. "You're not good enough, smart enough, worthy enough for this." And so, against every fiber of your being, you make another left. You're instantly lost in a maze of side streets and your confidence is trashed.
Your intuition is your internal GPS. It knows the shortcuts, the scenic routes, and the dead ends to avoid. When you don't trust it, you're essentially driving blindfolded.
Self-Trust Check-In: Where Are Your Power Leaks?
- Where are you prioritizing others' instincts over your own?
- How often do you discount your own gifts and uniqueness?
- How often does perfectionism become the reason a task is left undone?
- Do you rely on external validation before planning your next steps?
- How often does self-doubt sabotage your confidence?
If those self-trust questions left you feeling a little exposed, don't sweat it, babes. I've been there. The good news is, you don't have to stay there.
